Dr. Van is a triple specialist.  She went through 12 years of training to receive a doctorate of medicine (M.D.).  On top of that, she also specializes in functional medicine and regenerative medicine.  She is also one of the rare functional doctors who choses to focus on women's health.   

With over 12+ years of experience in functional medicine and women's health, Doctor Van is excited to open Evolve Longevity Center in Irvine, Orange county.  She chose the name Evolve because she is dedicated to helping women restore their health and evolve into the best version of who they are.   Dr. Van knows that her work as an functional medicine doctor is more than a career.  It is a calling and a lifetime pursuit of knowledge, service, and excellence.

Visits to an M.D. are reimbursable by insurance if you have a PPO plan.  We can provide you with superbills to bill your insurance company.  Reimbursement is based on the terms and conditions of your plan for out-of-network providers. 

Lab tests and imaging studies ordered by an M.D. are normally approved and covered by PPO insurance and Medicare.  Labs by non-M.D.s are not usually covered, which might require you to pay more out of pocket.
